No you don't need to. Just give them name and telephone number and when is your flight. I just called to ask them to put on hold a bag and my flight is on this sat :). I am so looking forward to going to airport lol.

Sasha- so are you flying out of heathrow? Do you know how long they will hold a bag for?

I just called Heathrow and put my bag on hold!! WHEE!!!!

but, the price seems to have gone up... I called around June 30th and was quotes 953 for the medium classic flap- caviar, but today was quoted more than 1000. I asked if the price had gone up, and she said they went up in April. Strange :( Maybe the one she looked at back in June had the old price and this one had the new :( SAD... but HAPPY because my dream bag is coming and I almost have enough $$ for it!

I THINK that i read in another tread that the one in bangkok airport was an outlet??? But that does not make sense that the chanel store in an airport would be an outlet???!!!

Hi ladies, what is the code of the classic caviar/lambskin jumbo flap? Thinking of getting my sis to get one in Europe when she's there later this year and would want the classic one with the shiny CC logo. The code would be useful so that she won't get a wrong one. Btw, if anyone knows the latest price for jumbo flap in Heathrow, pls let me know too. TIA!

i was in heathrow chanel at T3 mid of July and they had the reissue totes, bordueax lambskin flaps, some sales items (but nothing eye catching), white cerf with gold hardware, bubble quite bowlers, GST. thats about it. i didnt find the SA nice at all which was very disappointing.

i asked whether they have any totes and old stocks and the SA said what totes, what style. then i tried to describe the style of the cambon totes, i personnally was looking for the cambon tote with the chain in distressed leather (cant remember the name/collection) then i asked whether they have any red bags and she brought out this red hobo styled bag which i didnt like.

i bought two items from there twice when i flew out from T3 over the last two yrs and i was expecting to get something from there again this yr but the SA kinda put me off.

the nice SA who served me before wasnt there, oh well i saved some cash i suppose.
