I saw 2 reissue totes at NM the other day (black and bronze) and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. They must have been shipped to the store flat and so, the bottom was so bad that it hung down and made a point instead of being flat across. It looked terrible and the bag looked ugly that way, I thought. The SA tried to convince me that EVENTUALLY after wearing it and packing it with stuff, that it would straighten out. And if it doesn't?

Don't know if all NM's received their merchandise in the same condition, so if you order over the phone, I would ask about the crease in the bottom. Better safe than sorry.

^^^They all come with the fold. Mine has flattened out without even much use so far.

i was devastated when i received mine with the fold too but it straightened out pretty quickly.

So glad to hear that they straighten out and you guys are happy. I was afraid to buy it when I saw it and was horrified that Chanel would ship a $2400 bag to the store that way. Great news!

My navy reissue tote's bottom crease flattened out after only one use.

My SA at NM said it has come in, but she has yet to send me a pic. Sounds like they have finally come in. Has anyone else gotten any pics??

I did it I did it! I pulled the trigger. My SA called and said it's not in the stores but it's available in their system. Even though I was trying to be good and wait for my CC statements, I just threw that to the wind!!
