I've not seen this burgundy IRL, but I do have the 06 bordeaux and I have to say the color looks very very close to the 06 bordeaux. I'll have to take some pics of my 06 bag and do some comparisons.

^ The navy blue is much darker in real life! I still love it, but the flash makes it appear much brighter in these photos than it actually is.

^ oh alas - i thought it was the brightness of the blue that made it compelling!

am very interested in the bordeaux though. gators, if you do get comparison pics, would love to see them!

I thought so pond23 because I've seen the Navy reissue at BG.

The bordeaux is very flat & blah IMO. My least favorite of the colors.

Well, I'm in Vegas and I've gone to two Chanels as well as NM and Saks and no one has the ecru yet. Saw the gold though...TDF!! My quest continues!

purseinsanity, have you seen the bordeaux? I'm going nuts over the bordeaux reissue and would love to hear what you think of this color in person (and maybe how it compares to the 06 reissue?).

I've gotten the bronze but the photos of the navy and the bordeaux makes me want more in different colors!

My SA at NM said the ecru totes haven't come in yet, but she is expecting them any day. I just ordered the navy yesterday...

I also want to see the ecru.

ponypie - I'll take pics of my 06 bordeaux reissue in a bit and post them for you. I don't have the bordeaux tote so I can't do a side by side, but hopefully you can get some idea w/the pics. I do love it. It took me over a year to find that bag! LOL!

The bordeaux color code for 06A is 81426 whereas for 09A is 81425. So i guess their colors are pretty similar. I personally prefer the bordeaux reissue over bronze after seeing them IRL...

pictures i'd seen previously of 06 seemed more... textured somehow than the pictures of 09

You know, I didn't see the burgundy totes yet at any Vegas boutiques...I was trying to see them myself!

The burgundy tote is pretty much the same color as the interior burgundy of the black reissue totes, black 2.55, black wallets. When placed side by side there really is not much of a difference.

Navy blue is a purpley-blue from what my SA described to me. Can't wait to see yours, Gators!
