Sorry just a mini rant. We were at the Chanel at Holts Bloor yesterday and getting a classic flap. I was looking for the serial number sticker inside the bag and the SA asked me what was I looking for. I told her I was looking for the sticker to match with the authenticity card, and she exclaimed really loud "it's a(n) authentic bag!" I thought that was unneccessary. So we just told her there are people who bought bags that have cards that didn't match, and she laughed about it saying nothing like that would happen in Canada. Ha! At the end of the transaction, she forgot where she put our credit card and then give us the wrong receipt. Talk about mistakes won't happen in Canada.

But I just got my first flap, I'm so excited!

If I'm lucky to find one in stock at the boutique then I'll return this to the SA who won't make mistakes.

Pff what a snorty SA! Did you laugh at her back and quoted her "mistakes don't happen in Canada" when she gave y out the wrong receipt? Haha

Wow, for a small flap that's pretty steep. I think I will have a hard time paying more than 3K for a bag. i checked out this really nice lambskin tote and it was over 3K before taxes and I had to take a pass. If it was in the low 2000s, i would probably have bought it.

Oh please. You are lucky if you get the matching box with you purse, let alone the matching authenticity card.

I hate when the SAs make us feel bad.

LOL I was surprised my box actually match with the the authencity card, I guess I was lucky. The whole time she was grabbing tissue from a shoe box (someone were looking at them and left @ counter) to stuff my flap while talking to me. I was like ... wth?!
I'm glad that at the end she was the silly one.

I got the bonus plan. I bought a business card holder from Holts... and got TWO authenticity cards. Somewhere, someone is missing theirs. LOL

P.S. Speaking of Holts, Toronto's PSN is scheduled for August 12th!!!

I prefer the service at Holts, although the selection is much smaller. If there's something specific I want, I can ask them to call over to the boutique.

Honeyspice: how long are you gone to HK for? Go earlier to Holts, pick what you want put aside, and leave them your cc info. They'll charge it on the 12th, and you'll still get the gift cards. They'll hold it for you.

I much prefer Holts, I only go to the boutique if Holts don't have what I want. If I go to the boutique I only ever shop with Emiko, the other staff are awful.

Yeah!!! I'll be in TO!!! Finally I can get something from Chanel with a deal, kind of!! Always buy from Emiko (boutique) too - but it's hard to skip a deal, isn't it?!

BTW, what is HR offering? Do I have to bring my Holt AMEX to buy stuffs?
