Is it correct what seller says about Chanel sales & what they do to the holograms or is this just a cover up? Is it me or do the bags appear to have no shape or substance (floppy,shapeless)?Any help appreciated

Yeah, I agree - both shapeless. Really need to see a detailed in focus picture of the hologram sticker for the pink bag.

The white bag, just odd. I agree with sasaave, the details look odd. How is it that they are able to pull the lining out completely but not able to get a good picture of the sticker.

In the future please read the posting instructions on page one of this thread and use the correct posting format.

I know this bag is fake and you should know it is fake because you will never be able to purchase an authentic CHANEL handbag for $150. This bag if authentic would sell in stores for almost $3,000. Why would anyone in their right mind sell you an authentic one for $150?

The seller does not provide the pictures necessary to give you an explanation of why it is fake, but I can tell by looking at it is that it is fake. I will explain below....

Please note the fake black leather tag that is hanging around the chain. This is a sure sign of a fake. Also, CHANEL does not wrap their chain handles in paper like this.

The back of the closure is oval - this is wrong, it should be rectangular. Only the double flap bags have the CC logo stitched and only on the inside flap.

The interior zipper pull is wrong. CHANEL doesn't use the medallion zipper pulls on flaps any longer, not for many many years.

The hardware is silver - the CC hardware should not be engraved. Only gold plated hardware should have the goldplating stamp.

No worries.

Except that a lot of the details are incorrect for a CHANEL bag as I noted in my post above. This bag is mixing details from vintage and new bags, and from different size flaps. It has an identity disorder.
