Jesticle - unfortunately that bag is a fake.

Chanel has never made a bag of that style.

Haha, it's not my problem. It's the other persons problem. I was just wondering, cause I didn't think they made a bag like that either. Thanks!

On the second one, she lied about the dustbag also, which goes to show she is untrustworthy and the bag is fake. Wow, this one pretty much fooled me before that question was asked.

Hey, ladies, check out this bag. Everything that comes with the bag looks very promising to the authenticity of the bag, but the quilting on the back of the bag doesn't line up correctly! Does it mean it is a fake?

Thanks for your help - I will find that thread immediately. What a minefield it is, but you certainly have heaps of knowledge on Purse Forum. I have almost given up on ebay.co.uk mostly every bag is a fake and the biggest seller of Chanel on ebay.co.uk is gemstonepalace. People are re-selling bags saying "bought off the respected seller of Chanel gemstonepalace"- aagh. I have come to ebay.com hoping to have more chance of finding some genuine sellers.

It does look like it lines up decently..the back of my medium pink cambon tote looks the same.
The only thing I'm wondering about is the CC..I can't tell if they're patent leather, the way they're supposed to be? The lighting in the pictures is off a bit.

It's strange, but I think that when people see feedback how the seller was wonderful and the bag is authentic, everyone tends to go along with the ride, and think everything is okay. This is also the case with that qbhype seller. I have seen quite a bit of fake bags being sold by the seller, and his/her feedback is like 99.9%. Everyone claims they won this authentic bag. For awhile, alot of people even on this forum thought he was respected.

I honestly would never buy from gemstonepalace, cocolady, qyhpye, antango, victoria 44 (forgot the rest of her initials) and a few others.

Anyway, just hang in there.. I am sure you will find your perfect bag.

kaka, see posts 1145 and 1159 in this thread. The consensus is fake, I think mostly because the seller lied about the dustbag.
