This appears to be a replica web site. I had to read their terms to be sure they weren't selling consignment (used) goods, but they claim all bags are brand new, therefore, I know they are replicas. Authentic new Chanel is not sold online except through Chanel on a very limited basis.

Please repost this request in the new format (see page 1). The bag does NOT predate hologram stickers so there should be one or there should be residue from where one existed.

I agree, if a seller is difficult now imagine how they will be if you have any problems with the bag.
