Welcome to the Chanel Bubble Quilt Club! I'm a super fan of BQ bags (in lambskin only) and I'd love to share what I know about 09A, 08A and 07A BQ bags since I've "studied" them intensively.

09A BUBBLE QUILT
There are a total of 6 colors released for 09A BQ bags in lambskin. Please take note that the lambskin from 09A is a processed lambskin with a faded effect (called "faded lambskin"). So, in terms of colors, they are kind of having a "washed out" vintage feel. So, even if the color name is said to be "dark", it's a lighter color IRL. Only the black color comes in "normal" lambskin.

So here are the colors available and the color codes (I've seen most of them so I'm going to describe the colors from what I remember). All of them come with aged gold hw, except for the black lambskin which comes in both aged gold hw and aged ruthenium hw:
1. Light Gray: Color Code = 30000 (this is actually an off-white color. It's very "whitish" IRL because of the faded effect)
2. Dark Gray: Color Code = 81404 (this so-called "dark gray" is actually the light gray that you've seen posted in the forum in the bowler style. Since the lambskin is faded, even though the color is dark gray ("gris fonce" in French), the color is like a light cloudy bluish-gray color.
3. Dark Beige: Color Code = 71227 (this is exactly the same color code as the 07A version of dark beige which is like a khaki color)
4. Dark Red: Color Code = 81540 (this is a true dark red color which you can see in various posts here in the forum)
5. Petrol Blue: Color Code = 94235 (this is a very dark navy blue color)
6. Black: Color Code = 94305 (this comes in faded lambskin with gold hw and also normal lambskin with silver hw)

As for the styles available for 09A Bubble Quilt, here they are:
1. A47062: Mini hobo flap style (10x13cm)
2. A46954: Small hobo flap style (21x25cm)
3. A46955: Medium hobo flap style (29x32cm)
4. A46956: Large hobo flap style (35x42cm)
5. A46957: Accordion flap style (22x32cm)
6. A46958: Bowler style (20x37cm)
7. A46959: "Sports bag" tote style with large multi handles in interlaced leather chain and two braided metallic handles

**The Y-code for faded lambskin is: Y06058
**The Y-code for normal lambskin (for the black color only) is: Y06073 for gold hw

08A BUBBLE QUILT
As for 08A Bubble Quilt bags, they are made of grainy calfskin (I'm not a fan of it personally because of the rough texture and it feels like "plasticky" when I touched them last year). But if you're looking for a BQ bag which doesn't need to to babied, then the 08A BQ will be really perfect. 08A BQ only comes with ruthenium hw.

To clarify, a dark gray color was released in 08A for the BQ bag in bowler style, hobo flap style, ordinary flap style and tote styles. I bought the dark gray bowler style for my friend when I was in Paris last September and it was the last one available in Paris.

FYI, here are the colors (w/ color codes) available for 08A Bubble Quilt. I think these are all sold out at the stores....so the only chance to get one is from eBay / consignment shops:
1. Dark Gray = 63803
2. Beige Clair (light beige) = 31013
3. Vert Fonce (dark green) = 80422
4. Bordeaux (burgundy) = 91521
5. Black = 94035

Here are the styles available for 08A Bubble Quilt:
1. Large Tote with single chain: A39697 Y05112
2. Small Tote with double chains: A39696 Y05112 (40cm x 35cm x 23cm)
3. Small Hobo Flap with Long Chain: A39695 Y05112

5. Bowler: A39698 Y05112

07A BUBBLE QUILT
As for 07A Bubble Quilt bags, they are made of smooth lambskin and all are with matte gold flat CC hw. This is my favorite version of BQ and I personally own a dark beige bowler and a dark green hobo flap from this 07A version of Bubble Quilt. All of these are sold out in stores and you can only try your luck on eBay or consignment shops. (I remember NM re-ordered the dark beige bowler from 07A during 2008, but I believe it's sold out now already.)

Here are the available colors with color codes:
1. Dark Beige = 71227
2. Dark Brown = 91217
3. Dark Green = 80130
4. Dark White = 14202

From what I remember and "studied", BQ styles available from 07A were:
1. Small hobo flap: A35610 Y04590 (11""L x 4""W x 8""H; 13"" drop handle)"
2. Small Bowler: A35615 Y04590
3. Small Accordion flap: A35611 Y04590
4. Large hobo flap: A3561x Y04590 (sorry don't have the style no. for this)
5. Large Accordion flap: A35612 Y04590
