It does expand, but it's not part of the Expandable Ligne, it's part of the PNY Ligne and it's GORGEOUS!

THE NEWEST FOR FALL 2007 EXPANDABLE FLAP TOTE..Has single handle vs last seasons double handle version...also nicer engraved hardware.ALSO NOW 2650 plus tax..YIKES!

Strap drop is approximately 12". Bag measures approximately 14.5" long by 11.5" high. Width is 3-1/8" to 3-5/8" when zipped. Unzipped, the width becomes almost 6" at the bottom.
