I only paid £1,150 for my Royal Blue 3 months ago so maybe they increased it after I bought it although I still think £1,350 is a good price for such a beautiful bag.

They increased the price to £1250 for the summer collection so in that sense I guess the increase in fall is relatively gradual. The price isn't that bad yet, let's hope the quality keeps up!

me too! the colour combination looks amazing, although quite similar to the burgundy tricolor from Summer

We must have the same good taste! This is hard on me because (now) I really like all 3 darker tricolors:

• burgundy summer 2012 (purchased in April)
• elusive khaki also from summer 2012 but not on website - large is available locally
• jungle Fall 2012 - price increase no doubt

I really love the small terracotta trapeze also from Summer 2012, but geez! Again, the large terracotta is available locally but I'd prefer the small. What is a girl to do? I fully recognize that this would be an awful LOT of trapeze bags all of a sudden and I still want 2 YSL chyc bags! Yikes!

Just checked again today, seems the price has gone up more than initially expected. The fall trapeze will be £1400 or £1450 (can't remember now)

I know! I was super tempted to hunt down the khaki one but decided to hold out for the jungle. When and if I find one, guess I'll have to sit all 3 bags down together and decide if they are too similar too keep

OMG I'm so pleased I'm not planning on buying any more but that is a big increase in 3 months :(........ I think Celine are following Chanels ridiculous price increases.

Again, we agree. Forced to choose between SS 2012 khaki trapeze or FW 2012 jungle trapeze, I'd choose jungle but I'm so bummed out that it's simply going to cost more!

Perhaps I really ought to cherish my burgundy trapeze more...if I win a lottery, I'd gladly keep all 3...they are similar but oh so individually gorgeous!!!

It's the damn customs/duties at the border that makes everything in Canada mote expensive. Anytime I come home to TO my friend always purchases designer items and I bring them back for her. I get to use the bag for the plane ride, not complaining there!
