So my friends, today I finally got my long awaited UPS package with my new bag! Ordered April, finally arrived on Tuesday in France and only two days later at my home door!

Look at that huge package!

This was in need to be instantly opened. When I did that a fantastic smell was noted. Some kind of parfum - am I dreaming? Not really - it was a great parfum (as I found out later Maharadjah by de Nicolai) on a cute card wishing me that my new bag would exceed my expectations.

Out then came that sleeping bag packed thing, which actually looks way smaller than I thought it would be:

There it is: my fabulous new smooth black Micro, fresh from France!

I love that it has feet, fits my iPad and DIN A 4 papers!

Now some comparison pics with my camel pebbled Mini, which actually barely managed to keep up standing - another thing I love about the Micro - it is superstiff and keeps its shape! So good! However the Mini, which really is a good size, but unfortunately looks huge on me, also looks huge beside the Micro!

And last butnotleast some comparison pics with my Balenciaga Hamilton City as well as some modeling pics.

I really hope, that the Micro does not turn out to small for me (I usually take tons of stuff with me), but as the size is comparable to the Trevi and the Bal City, I hope I will be fine. Tomorrow I will take her out the first time! Today I first had to treat her with Collonil Nanospray.

If you check them out, let me know! But be careful, they are really addictive! I am coming from very classic Marc Jacobs bags and just love the simple style of Céline and the feel of that gorgeous leather!

Thank you! Which color are you awaiting! Ya, I really had to wait long, but I am so happy I was able to score one Micro! They are really hard to come by in Europe! I was stalking the shopping thread each day until I some time came over the notification that DF does sell Micros! So happy I have this forum!

The camel is Season 2011. It has the pebbled leather and unfortunately it was already so soft, when it came. I am thinking of buying a bag organizer to keep its shape, but haven't gotten the chance to do that yet. There was a thread with pictures of Luggages after some use. I really don't like that slouchiness also...
