Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are moving on up! The couple are leaving their Glendale home in "The Valley" and moving over to this side of the hills, to ritzy part of Beverly Hills.
And the place is gorgeous! It's a 4 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom house in the Laurel Canyon area. It has a lagoon pool, enormous eat in kitchen, guesthouse/screening theatre, and is completely and privately hidden behind huge gates. A celebrity paradise indeed. The couple paid close to $2 million for the property.

What a great house^^it seems so comfy cozy and not over the top for a celebrity home, very lived in. I love it, just because you can have a 10,0000 square foot home doesn't mean you need it, I think a house like this is much more respectable and still incredibly nice. When you think about it I know plenty of somewhat regular people who own homes close to 1 million dollars so this doesn't seem excessive considering they could probably afford way more..... good job.
