 Photogs spotted Chad Lowe on Friday, moving out of the Manhattan apartment he shared with estranged wife Hilary Swank. The couple purchased the townhouse on Charles Street in the West Village for $3.9 million back in 2002. It had been on the market since June with an asking price of $8.25 million. The former home of Mr. and Mrs. Swank (we know who really wore the pants there) has two bedrooms, four floors, six fireplaces and two full baths. The apartment and its inhabitants were the subject of a New York Times feature back in 2005. That was in happier times. website. check it out  The apartment has its own website |

        Brangelina move to New Orleans on Tuesday and now we can show you a sneak peek at their humble abode. The estate is described as an exquisite historic early 1830's masonry mansion in prime French Quarter location. Before they moved in, they place was entirely gutted making way for beautiful renovations. Extras include gorgeous chandeliers, crown moldings, fireplaces, high ceilings, custom cabinetry, grand spiral staircase and even an elevator! The 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 7435 square foot estate sold for a mere $3 750 000! Interestingly, neither Brad nor Angie are listed in the transaction. Nice house. I love the garden. Although it's hard to believe that they're moiving into this house. From what I saw I always thought that they like modern houses.

do you know if this property was affected by katrina? i am not understanding if it was gutted due to the storm or for cosmetic reasons.
also, are they mongo bongo trust or are they merely leasing the property from mongo bongo trust? thanks! |
