Depending on the expertise of the plastic surgeon and where the implant was placed you can achieve a natural outcome. Judging from seeing so many pictures of Gisele from years ago, I do believe she's had implants.

Gisele's nose job is wonderful, just perfect. i use to think she had a boob job as well because she was very flat chested before but maybe it was puberty if she was still a teenager in those pics.

i agree that that is a good nose job. gisele has an identical twin doesn't she? if she is curvy then that might answer the question about her boobs. in any event, if she had a boob job i want the name of her surgeon -- they look good!

she is not identical, is a fraternal twin
