I can't comment about skinny people having so much cellulite....I though cellulite proves that your hard fat is forming to muscle or something like that and that is why you have cellulite.
You can have cellulite even if you look superficially skinny- everyone has some subcutaneous fat and my understanding was that is about how the connective tissue under your skin is distributed.
