Heck, I had my son at nineteen, and mine haven't looked like that since, lol. Braless isn't even an option anymore(not that I was ever the kind of girl who would anyway.)

^ It looks like the floppy skin of a postmenopausal woman who has lost a lot of weight. It doesn't look right on a woman her age and I'm thinking it must be photoshopped. VB is so fastidious about her appearance you'd think if that was really happening she would have noticed it and refused to wear the costume.

I don't think she's had anything done to her nose, it looks the same to me. And yes, she did look much better for a more natural look.
