The only thing cute about this outfit is the bag..

This is JMO, but her boots are hideous [and its hot out?!] and her shirt is way too big.

Really? I think those boots are gorgeous! But you're right, they should be worn in the fall, over some skinny jeans...not w/ a summer dress.

I think she looks cute. My attention went straight to the bag...lol.
