i dont' get why ppl make a huge deal over celebs getting plastic surgery.. they're under a lot of pressure to look their best, and they look awesome with minor changes.. whateverr! i know a lot of 'real' ppl with nose jobs!

Actually it's pretty common. Especially if you've had your nose broken before.

i too don't get the big deal and judgments being made over plastic surgery. it's just like the weight thing, no one should give a sh*t unless it's their own body.

i know a few people who have deviated septums and had to get nose jobs. its legit.

I think the excuse is so often used that people feel like it's a lie/cop out even though it's usually the truth. But I agree with you, I don't know why people care so much it's not our bodies.

I don't really care when ppl get plastic surgery. Now, when it looks scary (like Joan Rivers), then I will say what I will about it. I mean really...I know celebs can afford it, but there comes a time when it's just gone too far.

yea, my friend had polyps and continually had them removed (very painful) and a deviated septum. had a nose job and is fine now. of course, while they were in there they did a lil cosmetic touch up!

I heard that when you get that surgery, your doctor asks you if you want to make any changes to your nose, and you don't have to make a change to it.

Yeah you're right.

I mean if I were in the public eye and got any type of cosmetic surgery, that was obvious, I'd just speak out about it if asked.
