ITA! They can correct a deviated septum without changing the shape & look of your nose. She obviously did it for the looks. I liked her old nose better. Now it looks too perfect or something....kinda odd. She is still a cute girl though.

boots in the summertime have become a fashion staple here as well and i would have to be rushed to the hospital with these humid temps for overheating.

I didn't know Miley wore fakes? Maybe cuz she's only 15 her money goes into a trust fund or something & she can't access it until she's older?
