ill try to answer this as best as i can. i work at a tattoo shop, and my boyfriend tattoos (and i pierce). the color fades on the feet the fastest because your feet are constantly covered with socks and shoes. as for the blue, that is just from the ink used - i think kellys skulls were done in blue, with no solid black outline. every tattoo should have a solid black outline, which'll keep the ink together, otherwise, this'll start to happen. hope that helps! :)

I think she looks fabulous and healthy! And I LOVE that she's not afraid to be her own person amongst all the starving, overtanned, robots
