^^I think she's just thin and is built that way up top because she doesn't look too small anywhere else.

I'm not a fan of emaciated, but GP isn't "too thin" IMO. She pretty much always looks thin and healthy to me. I bet her weight doesn't fluctuate too much.

I actually thought she looked a bit fuller here. She's obviously thin, but also muscular and healthy looking to me.

And because she's silent, is probably one of the reason why she and Beyonce are friends. Beyonce is pretty private as well. Chris and Gwyneth are very private.

Kim is too out there in the media with every aspect of her life, so I imagine Beyonce, Gwyneth and the rest of their friends don't care to welcome that into their circle. Kim is a talentless famewhore.
