X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has been named the sexiest woman in the world by readers of FHM magazine for a second year running.

The Girls Aloud star once again beat Transformers star Megan Fox into second place, while underwear model Marisa Miller was this year's number three.

Frankie Sandford, of girl band The Saturdays, climbed 13 to number four.

Model Keeley Hazell was at number five while Twilight star Kristen Stewart was a new entry in sixth place.

Model and actress Kelly Brook - last year's number 48 - was at number seven.

Singer Britney Spears fell from four to 44 while Lady Gaga was a new entry at 92.

The poll of FHM readers is now in its 16th year.

Black Eyed Peas front man Will.I.Am is said to be 'smitten' with Cheryl Cole, according to his pal Usher.

Will has made no secret of the fact that he has a soft spot for the Girls Aloud star, but it now seems that he can't stop talking about how much he likes her.

Usher, who collaborated with the BEP star on chart topping single OMG has revealed that Will's favourite subject is the newly single Ms. Cole, but he also has his eye on the X Factor judge.

The Love In This Club singer stated: "Will is always talking about her. He's not shy about it. She is beautiful. I'd have to reach out to Will and tell him to put us together."

Usher may have to get in line, as since Chezza split with cheating hubby Ashley Cole, Cheryl's hoard of admirers have included not only Will.I.Am, but Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford, Dancing With The Stars' Derek Hough and those JLS lads to name but a few.

Meanwhile, as speculation continues to if Cheryl will divorce Ashley, he was spotted partying with fellow England footballer Wayne Rooney at trendy London hang out, Whisky Mist last night - only for their evening to be cut short after a teenager collapsed and tragically died at the Mayfair venue.

A spokesperson for the Chelsea footballer has stated that Ashley did not know the 17-year old, who collapsed and that “Ashley only became aware of the unfortunate situation as he left the club.”

"[My] best thing to laze around at home in is a pair of pyjamas - I have been known to be a little bit skanky and wear the same pyjamas I woke up in... for six hours." At least Cheryl Cole can admit she's just like the rest of us.

I know she is famous in the UK but I only know her for her cute clothes. She is really stunning. I read somewhere that she might be coming to American Idol but I have no idea if that is true

I like Girls Aloud. My favorites are Untouchable, Can't Speak French and Something Kinda Ooh.


I also like her solo songs Parachute and Fight for This Love.

Tiz not American Idol, it's actually X Factor, hasn't been confirmed yet though

All she needs to do is cop onto herself and go through with the divorce with Ashley Cole, if she stays with him she's just an idiot. It was bad enough that she took Ashley back the first time.

She is in love though bless her, same as VB with David, Fergie with Josh, Heidi with Spencer, Gwen with Gavin and every other female celeb (or woman in real life for that matter) who stand by their men when they are wronged by them,

Before the latest Ashley cheating story. Her mom said she wouldn't be doing it because she didn't want to be away from Ashley that long. Wonder if that's changed.
TBH, I don't believe she will go through with the divorce to Ashley. I think she'll probably end up forgiving him again.
