I am almost 100% positive that is the Chloe Large Pocket Paddington in Taupe! LOVE that bag! Jenny McCarthy has the same one too. There is one for sale on eBay right now.

The first thing I thought was that it is a Chloe, too. But there's no padlock AND there's a strap around the entire bag. It also looks scrunchier and bigger. I still think it is some kind of Chloe bag. I'm gonna post the pic over there too.
