Taylor is my fav on the show. I can understand her attitude-- she was hired and promised she would be in a position to grow in the company. She does as much, if not more than Racheal herself- and is still stuck in the assistant position. It is not like she didn't have a career on the fast track before this job. I have been in her situation and know the frustration. I understand Racheal's reluctance to advance her-it will be hard to find someone to fill her shoes in that position.

i like her CL boots and leopard dress- as separate pieces. as far as her style- i do not see much, just a mish mash of designer clothes and "bed head" hair to extreme. It is more of an attempt for style, rather than a style per se.
Her attitude is really a turn-off, at least what she projected on the show- the way she acts is very immature!
