i can't help you with the ID, but i have quite a few plaid shirts and the best ones are at vintage stores..

her boys are in american eagle, maybe the tunic is from there? i kind of stay away from that store so i'm not sure.. GL

The tunic is indeed American Eagle- I think its cute!
