yeah both pairs can come polarized. megans arent. i guess they wanted to include that in the article. megans are definitely a different gold frame color than the L0205- hers are more yellow gold. megan's lenses also look lighter/greener and the L's more gray.

On Megan Fox they look almost opaque/close to black, but in the picture above they look like you could see your eyes through them? Is it just the lighting?

^^I was wondering the same thing too.

Do these lenses get darker the sunnier it is out?

^^So they do get darker in bright light and lighter when it's dark out?

i just went and held them up to the window and they looked green. but when i have them on in the car or try them on inside they look black. maybe its that they only look green when you hold it up in light but are not wearing them.

So I emailed on online retailer about the difference between the two styles of Ray Ban's we've been talking about. Here's exactly what he wrote back:

Quote:
The L0205 is a grey/green lens color. The W3280 is a green lens color. Frames are the same
HTH.

So this page says she has the classic L0205's and not the other one. I guess we'll never know.... Oh well I guess they're both close enough to each other.

I finally tracked down some W3280's - I'll give a review (on lens color, etc.) when they arrive this week.

So I just received them: they are light GREEN. Seriously light green. I can't believe she has these as hers look SO dark in the photos.....

^^You should get them. They're not that expensive (and they're quality glasses) plus they're really HOT!

On Vanessa Hudgens the Aviator lenses also seem to be black, but they don't come with black lenses. When I look in the mirror with mine on, I can see my eyes through a little bit, but I think they look darker when someone else sees you outside.

^^That's what I don't like about Megan's lenses. When I have them on I can see my eyes through them - even outside? The lenses are tinted a VERY light green.

Honestly I don't think she has the W's. I'm now pretty sure she has the L's since they lens on them is much darker. There's no way the W's are as dark as her lenses look in photos. My L's lens Ray Bans are much darker than the Megan version.
