A socialite, Vogue contributing editor, and fixture at events around town, the wispy blonde is also the wife of billionaire Colombian heir Andrés Santo Domingo.
Lauren is the daughter of Ronald V. Davis, the former CEO of the Perrier Group of America. Raised in Greenwich and educated at the prep school Kent (where, she says, she modeled for Elite on the side), Lauren graduated USC before moving to New York. Following a short-lived stint at the now-defunct firm Network PR, she joined Vogue as a fashion assistant and was later promoted to associate market editor. After three years at the fashion bible, she left to head up PR for furrier J. Mendel, later decamping to a similar position at Carolina Herrera. She departed the fashion house in September 2006. These days she's a Vogue contributing editor, one of Anna Wintour's favorite young socials, and a fixture at events around town. She's also an occasional model.
In January 2008, Lauren married Andrés Santo Domingo, who hails from one of Colombia's richest and most prominent families. The wedding, which took place on a private island off the coast of Cartagena, was described as "the first real society wedding of the century" and took place on a private island off the coast of Cartagena.
