Kenneth Jay Lane does a studded bangle like this. They aren't tight to the wrist like the ones Kim is wearing (which means she is wearing a cuff more like the ones by Jennifer Fisher), but you can get the look for a lot cheaper.

Also, I did contact Jennifer Fisher Jewelry regarding the studded gold cuff and asked if she could make it in a 14k version (hoping it would bring the price down). She can, and it is cheaper - but it is still $1600. I really, really want one.

jennifer fisher's jewelry is AMAZING. i have some of her charms and it is well worth the price...
plus they are incredibly nice and helpful there so thats a bonus, too :)

^^Which charms do you have? I've spent hours on her site trying to decide which charms to get. I would sooo love to be able to spend a few hours in her store, but I live thousands of miles away from NY.

i know there's so much to chose from! i live in sf and wish i could go to the store to see it all in person! i don't think you can go wrong! i have the new feather, the black diamond pave heart, the cone and a small peace sign. i have seen the quill and that is amazing too. whats so cool about her stuff is its really substantial, like that feather is almost 3 inches long and solid gold. man o man if i could buy it all i would..baby steps :)

Hey gals! I am still obsessed with the spike cuff idea, and I ended up finding these gold versions by Lizzie Scheck for $720. Not cheap, but I think its a great price for a solid gold cuff:
