People Mag. says the skirt is by Madewell.

Yep! It's Madewell. I almost bought it the other day, but passed. This was from the Madewell Lucky Magazine styling event.

I thought they looked a lot like Anne Klein D'orsay Pumps, but AK's differ a little by the cut out in the inside of the shoe. But it still looks like the same shoe.
