I like so much these booties..Can anyone understand or now what it is???

Oh I love them.
She is wearing them when its raining. if you notice in the photos. could it be a rain bootie ? hope someone knows. because I need a nice boot like that for rainy wet weather. |

I believe that they are rainig boots but they look perfect and they aren't tall..I like on her and generally i like this rainig boots..I have black burberry but they are taller than these..
who knows what these boots are???? |
