It's not the same but it's similar... How about J crew Wool crepe one-button blazer in Charcoal. (pictured below)

The lining looks blueish so I would say it looks navy.

I think it looks navy as well.
Could it be Elizabeth & James? She wears a lot of their clothes.

Thanks pinkmitsy... I found this one by Elizabeth and James which looks similar but ii has cropped sleeves and doesn't come in navy

Any other ideas?
