They are called tube scarves or circular scarves. I don't know about the one she is wearing but ShopBop has lots of them on their site.

I saw something similar at H&M this weekend. The knit was a little thicker/heavier though, but it was grey and covered you the same way as Hil's scarfy thing does.

It reminds me of those wool tube tops that are supposed to go around your waist. I think they sell them at aritzia? Maybe she got one in XXL. LOL I don't know.

I saw loads of those sneakers at Winners in my area too.. I think they were 69.99. I'm in Canada though :P

I was just watching sex and the city and carrie was wearing the style of this thing at the new york fashion show... there has to be a name... I looked for the circular/tube scarves but those are not wide enough you know? I dont think it would wrap like that.... hmmmmmmmm

I found a scarf by YaYA Aflalo. It called infinite scarf. It is 2' by 5'.
All the pictures are of Jessica Simpson wearing it though. Still looking for Hilary's...
