It's definitely similar, but it's not the same. Blair's coat has a military collar, enameled buttons, and a slight flare to the bottom.

This coat is so gorgeous, I hope somebody can identify the exact one soon.

^^I agree, Milly has similar coats but I *still* haven't found the exact coat anywhere... if anybody finds it please post a link! This is driving me crazy!
