Major plastic surgery...ie: face lift(s). Look at that neck. It is stretched to high heaven. And yes, she is a major goddess of style. Haute couture all the way.

I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOVE how she always wears black mixed with white. and it looks really good on her, I think some people can't really pull off the all black look but heck she perfectly does.
