It looks like the Marc by Marc Jacobs dress that she had worn before, but the dress is shorter and not as tightly fitted... I'm not sure..

I like the dress too.

It's Balenciaga according to one of those gossip mags the one this week with Nicole Ritchie on the cover holding her little girl Star or one of those I saw it at the gym today..cannot find a pic of it online though

ooh for the life of me I cant remember what was printed in the newpaper. These were spalshed everywhere in the UK showing VB shopping in those ridiculously thin heels
