^^Ooo, thanks for that info, hon! I think I will do the same, for those occasions I want less "bling"!

I guess since they focused on the drop length as well as the strap length, that they went ahead and attached the custom one. I'm glad they did...doesn't look as easy to change as I would like, so I think I will keep it that way for a while!

I hope you ENJOY yours!!! CONGRATS!!!

Perfect.....
Thank you so much. I purchased a Gerard Darel White Fringe Bag. I LOVE it. I really would like one in black and now I think I've found a great substitute!!

Off the subject - was anyone surpised to see the LV Irene in Monogram Canvas. I was hot to buy. The oneline photos looked like a bronze trim at the top and a black drawstring which I would have loved!

When I saw the bag yesterday I wasn't liking the green/gold. Can anyone help be overcome my drabness? What to you think? Is the green/gold piping likable?

Yes, I like the bag very much. You might want to get an opinion about the LV Irene from the ladies on the LV forum.

They have the most colors and styles at Fred Segal Rocks. They have the fringe in all the sizes and also extra straps. 310-394-8186 in Santa Monica, CA.

^^I like that too although it kind of looks like a fringe bag that Prada made not long ago.

The strap has been changed. At first I thought it was a Carlos Falchi because I have an all fringed bag of his. But I think the strap has been changed!
