I'm going to guess Marc Jacobs by looking at the zipper. It also looks like there is a small lock at the center, similar to the "stardust" line.

Which show was she photographed outside of? That might give you a clue.

Also, these editrixes get bags waaay before the general public. We may not know for a while...
