I love it, I think it's Gustto but can anyone confirm/refute, thanks!

It looks like the backside of the Gustto Ciosa Clutch:

^Yes, that is what it is. If you look closely you can see the gold "knob" that is on the front of the clutch to the very left where she is holding it in the left picture.
