I got recruited by a manager and had an interview with her. The interview lasted 1.5 hours and I met the assistant manager too. However, I was told at the end of the interview that they still have a couple more interviews to go so the process might take longer than usual. I asked for the exact time and she said she's going to let me know what is the next process by next week.

However, I did not fill out any application for the whole time. I normally work for small companies and I did have a couple jobs that I gave all my information on the first interview. But this is a international company so I don't know if things work differently.

After all, do you think this means a no?

I don't think it necessarily means no. I haven't filled in an application for a job since I worked retail in high school.. usually I just give a resume. My current job I was headhunted for and I brought a resume with me to the interview, but most of my experience/education was discussed in the interview.

Good luck, I know the waiting sucks!

I have never filled out an application. I've always brought a resume and then filled out hiring documents and such once offered the job. If they have a copy of your information then I would not consider it an automatic no.
