seems to be a sweater knit - Anthropologie has had a lot of sweaters like this.

I wasn't sure what to call it, because I would say jumper, but I know that's a different thing to Americans. Sweater knit sounds good.

Yes we call it a 'jumper' here too, which always confuses me because Americans call them a 'sweater' and over here a sweater is a sweatshirt, lol!
She looks great in that pic, i like her hair long. Sorry i can't help with an ID :-(
