If it's the same bag as in the link, it says it's Rebecca Minkoff.

Its the studded Matinee bag from Rebecca Minkoff's 2011 FW collection (not so sure on the season but sure of the style) . :)

Awww thankyou so much, i read that it was RM but i couldn't find it for sale anywhere so i thought maybe they had made a mistake, but guess it is just because it is an older style :-(

It was on RebeccaMinkoff.com late last year.
You can try emailing them or posting at the official RM discussion thread here on TPF, ask if they still have it: they have excellent c/s.

Thankyou i may try that, i had a look on images and it seems that the only place that i could find it for sale was back in march/april on E-bay, i really feel like it is a piece that they should consider bringing back to the line because the studding on it is unusual, almost AW like
