Default Burberry Trench Sizing Help
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if the Burberry twill/cotton trenches run smaller than the wool/cashmere blend trenches? Thanks!

Yes. I fit a wool/cashmere blend US size 2, but cotton and cotton/nylon mix trenches in US size 4. Hope this helps!

Hi I was wondering of the same thing as well. I want to purchase this trench coat online and I am normally a size UK 6. I don't know if to get it in 6 or 4. I was wondering if burberry coat runs smaller or about the same as others.

Default Trench coat sizing?
Hi. I was going to buy a trench coat online but do not know how the sizing work. I am normally a size 6 but I don't know if the trench coats by Burberry run bigger or smaller than normal. Anyone who has bought trench coats from Burberry please help me.. :)

What style are you looking at? There are many different styles and some are a slim tailored fit.
I just ordered one from Saks.com and the interior tag shows made in China! Can you believe that. Who wants a Burberry trench made in China? LOL!

Oh god, that's bad. Lol. I was actually looking at this one.

What do you think? I don't know to get 4 or 6 I think they would both fit according to their own size guide but sometimes they're not that accurate.

I think you should get a size 6. It's better to get bigger rather than smaller in case you wear sweaters or what not underneath the trench. Make sure you can exchange/return in case it doesn't fit right.

That is the same coat I bought from Saks, only in the trench color. That purple is gorgeous!
This style runs true to size. I bought a 6 and it fits perfect except the sleeve is a tad long on me. Only about 1".
I wish I could have bought the one with the zip out lining, but they are about $400-500 more.
I bought the check happy snood also, it is really cute on and looks sharp with the trench.

I think it depends on the cut of the coat. I had to go up a size in my cashmere blend coat compared to the classic cotton twill, so I have a different experience from the ladies above.

Thanks guys! I guess I will be getting size 6 then.

BurberryGirl, you have the same coat right. How would you describe it? Do you like it and is it warm enough? :) How is the lining like cos they don't show it on the website.

The trench coat is under womens rainwear as well so I was wondering if the material is waterproof?
