Think I just stumbled into a huge Burberry deal!
Had a horrific day today and had to stop by the mall for Dad's gift. I wander into Nordstrom. (Our basic little Nordstrom, nothing fancy. No CL, LV...the highest brand they carry is Kate Spade and some Trina Turk, Nanette Lepore/Marc Jacobs clothes, all the jeans, though, etc etc.) Low and behold, tucked away in the one rack Burberry section amoung the quilted jackets and some grandma-type raincoats (that's the only Burberry thing they carry at this one), I see this:
 So, I tried it on (excuse the crappy mobile pics...)   I've been wanting a Burberry trench forever, and this is a fun twist on the classic (which is my style!) It's a size 4, and I'm a 6, but I think I can make it work, or even have a tailor let it out a tad for it to perfect over heavier stuff. (Although I live in the South, so heavier stuff is all relative.) It was $450. Maked down from $995. I think it was a return from another store!!  Do I keep this?? HELP? Not sure what to do! |
