New handbag dilemma..burberry manor or not?

^^ I like chocolate color! But did you notice that louisaviaroma has the nickel?!
As for deciding between the MJ and Burberry, that's a though one! I like em both. But if you loved that manor for a while, try that first and take the MJ if it doesn't work out.
Personally I love it that the Manor has one big zipper department. The MJ has two and an open piece. And also, Burberry zippers (lampo) are soooooo smooth, which I love, whereas MJ uses RIRI which are a bit tougher...

Very fast and very friendly and very customer-oriented - sending my fax to every Burberry Boutique!!!! Wow... Too bad that the Manors are all sold out. I think next time we have to be more on time for the sale, then maybe we'll get a Manor or two... The price is slightly higher than here in Europe but not much.

Well at least you have yours, now it's up to me to get mine..so it's off to the boutique in a couple of hours and either the chocolate, or beige, even though the beige does have scratches on the handles..any last advice?

If the scratches don't show too much and if you like the beige bag more than the others than maybe you can get some more % off? Or maybe a voucher for your next shopping spree? Ask them about it. Judging from pictures the beige bag is more elegant than the brown... so it also depends where you are going to wear it. Business? Day off?
Do they also still have the small Manor as well and is it also on sale? I would be interested in that one (beige or black).

When I went to the Burberry boutique in Houston on 15th, they had a mini manor in beige patent and one in housecheck & tan (also mini) on sale. I think they also had a beige patent regular manor also on sale. I know nothing about shipping but you can call them and check.

I'm from Singapore and have been making several trips down to the Burberry boutiques since the sale started. Yes, by this time, the leather ones have all been sold out. Unfortunately I have spent a considerable fortune acquiring bags and has been jobless for a while too. I never thought the Manor could be on sale. So there goes my chance of getting one on sale. I thought its' going to be a staple in Burberry. I hope the design will still be available and on sale the next time and hopefully I have the finances to purchase it. But I saw a latest Manor design that was less structured and smaller than the large size. It's more rounded at the edges something like the Beaton but it is definitely a Manor design. Wonder if anyone here has seen the latest design??

Maybe it's the Westbury bag that you have seen? I think Burberry has it as a standard bag every season, just like the Manor. They have it in nylon as well as in leather and in several colours. Here's a picture (colour chocolate):

I saw it yesterday in the Burberry shop in Rome and the shop girl told me it is a manor medium size; I was no sure if to get it or the large Manor; then I decided to get the large one because could better be carried on the shoulder but now i'm thining to go back and get the medium one because it is not so heavy as the one i got. I tried it with stuff inside and it was almost 6.6 pounds!
