i;m no expert at all but in looking for Burberry on e-bay, came across these items which look incredibly fake and/or ridiculous to me (someone correct me if i'm wrong!). the seller feedback (or lack of it) also raises a doubt. or, sometime's its not the item itself but the incoherent/unusual English in the seller's comments that gives it away ("You must to have it!" "Bid with confident!"). LOL. I also love it how often the best thing the seller can say about it is that "it comes from a smoke-free home."

i swear, there is so much crap on e-bay it's ~almost~ hilarious.

a few more (again, i'm just going on a hunch that these are fake...) and again, it's not just the item but the actual listing (wording, picture quality, etc) that i find amusing.

note that a lot of these sellers gladly accept money order/checks, and insist that "all sales are final". or they make up silly stories about why they have to part with their BRAND-NEW bag purchased from a Burberry store. yeah right...

it seems to me that e-bay does not care at all that so many sellers (many of them are "power sellers" are scamming people with fakes...

Burberrys used to be the current Burberry, so while those bags are bad fakes, the Burberrys brand is legitemate.
