hmm... i am not sure how to clean it but i know that some department stores sells cloth that is made for cleaning bags...but i am not sure if it is effective. For my wallet, there is a button which is not sewn at the center, causing the wallet to look slanted!

Hi there, I ordered 2 items from pisa.com.hk and they were fake!! the pictures on the site were real, but they send you a fake one. and when i emailed them and complained, they were being nice and asked me to send it back for a refund. it cost me $40 to send them back, after that, they ignored me and block me from logging into their website. i never received my refund! AND i went to the address they provided on their site during my vacation in Hk, and its closed. Their neighbor tells me that they're never open. asshoes!! their site doesn't work now, good thing they got shut down!

Oh no, that's really really bad! I thought they were legit. While I was in HK, I've even been to their office and it was not closed at that time but I do see some bags in there. It's weird that this is the first time I've heard of this complaint. I've been surfing some forums and they mentioned they were very satisfied with their merchandise and service?? I didn't buy/order from them coz I felt that they were charging way too much for preowned items. But I used their website as a reference should I want to look at some BBL/Anna Sui/Vivienne Westwood stuff.

I think they slip in a few fake ones here and there to customers. The only reason why I ordered from them was bcuz my friend did and hers was real. Mine was def fake though. The bag didnt have ANY label in it, not even "burberry blue label", unlike the picture they had up, and the color was soooo off.
Really? the store was opened? I went there 6/05, and their neighbor, the travel agency, told me they're never open.
but their site isnt working now...

recently i read in the news that there were many shops which were shut down due to them counterfeiting goods!!! perhaps they were one of them! There were many shops which were opened under different shop names but were actually under the same boss i think!

Blue Label selection in Japan may not even be as extensive because retailers from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai go to Tokyo and buy a huge chunk of the merchandise.

It's very popular in Asia.

Hi. I just came back from Japan last night.
It's a splurge as I brought home 4 burberry items. 2 blue label bags ( 1 tote and 1 messenger bag ) and 2 burberry purse made in japan. It's not blue label though. I got it from Takashimaya departmental store and it's cheap and the quality is good. The bags are USD220 and USD300 each. Where the purses are USD150 each.
I got the blue label from Ginza and the other one from a shopping complex next to the big Toyota Showroom.
Love the purses so much. Don't think can find it else where. The Taiwan Yahoo shopping website categorize it under 'black label' but I didn't see it in Ginza Black label store. However I never suspect it's authentication because of its quality finishing and I got it from a reputable store.
WIll post the pic up soon.

By the way. Ginza store doesn't carry much blue label collections. The one next to Toyota Showroom does. A lot more. Happy shopping for those who are going Japan.

Remember to check the tag as well. It's more worth it to buy products that are made in Japan than made in China. That's what my tour leader told me : )
