Burberry accessories and dustbags...

I purchased Burberry accessories (ring, bracelets, etc) from the Beverly Hills store this week.

Just browsing through this thread...it appears there were dustbags provided w/ Burberry's past season accessories, as this item was found at Nordstrom Rack.

However,...my current season accessories DO NOT come w/ dustbags (and I've never purchased from Burberry before)

The same sturdy box that is seen in this pic was provided.

BUT instead of a dustbag, an extra sheet of felt was provided in each box. It is the same felt that is used as the lining for each box.

There was a standardized little disclaimer provided in each box that reads: "Burberry creates this provide to the highest standards...When not in use we recommend storing in the felt bag provided"

So...the question is...
1) Is this a relatively new policy by Burberry to NOT provide dustbags on some items (such as the ring and bracelets I purchased)? (As a possible cost savings measure, are they instituting just a "plain" sheet of felt inside the boxes now?
2) Or did someone in the store just plainly not give me the dustbags?
