I have read in other threads the benefits of purchasing at the labels store versus a department store. for instance many have stated purchase a gucci bag at Saks or neiman if bag has some sort of issue has a better exchange policy or something along that lines. so i was wondering if It is better for me to purchase a Burberry bag ( this would be my first) at a Burberry store or at Neiman Marcus? thanks for your help.

I would purchase from Nordstrom, because of their customer service and return policy. I have always have had excellent customer service at Nordstrom's.

i agree, i got my 2 burberry's from Nordstrom and i must say they have the best customer service, ever!

does burberry also cheap in paris or italy? maybe in this december i'll go there for holiday, so maybe i can have some bags over there.
