Says Made in England...inside there are no Burberry markings of any kind. Fabric looks straight all the way around, hardware looks ok. Inside the divider pocket is not connected to the bottom of the bag and it is made of stiff nylon type fabric....

I think that is a vintage Burberrys saddle bag. By vintage I mean maybe 1980.

Second OPINION:

It might be 40 years old, maybe less. 1960 to 1980. Vintage Burberrys bags do NOT have the quality and detail that one expects in a Burberry bag these days.

So the really old bags do look "terrible" to some (others love the vintage stuff).

If I were you, I would just return it. (And stay away from vintage bags unless it is a style that you know and love.) Will the seller do a return?

Inconsistency in space and letter size bothers me.
Again the seller says that she bought three of these from off 5th and thus they must be all authentic unless off 5th sells fakes.
Of course, I remember off 5th sold fake prada and fendi a few years ago.
