Thank you so much for the link, BM! I love how every article focuses on another aspect of Maier's creative work and life and it's interesting to hear about his architectural obsessions.

I LOVED the article, and I'm impressed that Vanity Fair managed to get access to TM's home! I really enjoy the fact that Tomas is using a BV desk from the Home range in his own home. SWEET!

Thanks for the link to the article, BM!

^Thanks for the article, N! I like how they focus on menswear this time although BV seems to have a very tight PR policy (He's from Pforzheim, worked for Hermès, his father was an architect, and now he has his stores in Florida, which article does not include that?)

Thanks for the article, uclaboi!

^ That's cos all journos are given a press pack by the PR offices prior to any interviews with Maier. The press pack includes Tomas Maier's bio, the latest press release/s, and sometimes, similar/ relevant recent worldwide editorial features. With similar information provided prior to each interview, I guess certain information are bound repeat themselves

^That's right, Nymph, but I thought that one of the goals of someone considering themselves a good journalist would be offering diversity. And if they find a dozen articles telling the same story while researching, one could think they wouldn't want to repeat what other magazines have written before them.

Nevertheless, all the articles are still a joy to read!

Booker, uclaboi, thanks for the articles! I am honestly addicted to BV and anything about Tomas Maier. Love reading about him and his inspiration. Tom Ford's hiring of him was genius hiring genius. Thank god, or BV might no longer exist.

Gosh, I'm sappy. If I'm ever in Palm Beach again, (used to live in that area) I'm visiting his shop.

Thanks BookerMooose! It's always nice to read/re-read about TM's aesthetics.

I don't necessarily think the Simon bag really represents BV, though, LOL.
